The only written confirmation necessary is my e-mail to you confirming your order or our teacher training session.

How to pay
I invoice institutions on headed stationery either at the end of each month or at the end of each term. Institutions can pay by cheque, BACS, Swift or IBAN and I send my bank details with the initial invoice. I expect invoices to be settled within 28 days.
